Do you offer returns and exchanges?

No, we do not offer returns and exchanges as all our products are made to order. Unless it is quality issue. Please keep this in mind when making a purchase. Do refer to the returns and refund section as well. 

What is your refund policy?

We do not offer exchanges, cancellations or refunds, please keep this mind. For us to issue any refunds it has be a quality issue, as all our items are made to order. Please review our refund and returns policy. All sales are final. 

Why was my order canceled?

There are various reasons why an order may have been canceled such as:

*Out of Stock

*Unverified information

*Payment decline

*Tech issues

*Incorrect address

If your order was canceled, you should receive an email notification detailing the reason. Sometimes an order does not process – this could be due to two possible reasons:

*The time lapse between ordering the item and confirming payment

*The item changed to out of stock during the ordering process

To prevent this from happening again, we kindly request that once the item is selected you proceed to payment confirmation as soon as you can.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?

Currently, we do not offer exchanges, cancellations or refunds. As all of our items are made to order. We recommend referring to our sizing charts, which are available for every item listed on our store, to ensure you select the correct size.

How long does shipping take?

The shipping time depends on your location. Generally, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it is shipped out. The estimated shipping times are as follows:

  • USA: 4-7 business days
  • Europe: 8-10 business days
  • Australia: 14-18 business days
  • Japan: 8-12 business days
  • International: 15–20 business days

Where does my order ship from?

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company that has facilities worldwide. Your order will be shipped from the facility closest to your location.

Will I be charged customs fees?

For international orders, there may be additional customs and tax fees assessed by your local customs office. These fees are not within our control, and it is recommended to check with your local customs office to determine if any duties or taxes apply to your purchase.

What should I do if my order hasn't arrived?

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated shipping time, please follow these steps:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
  • Contact your local post office to inquire if they have your package.
  • Check with your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

If you have completed these steps and still haven't received your order, please contact us at info@blybare.com with your order number, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Can I cancel my order?

As all our products are made to order, we do not offer cancellations. Please ensure that you carefully select the correct size and color before placing your order.

Can I change my billing address?

For your financial security, we are unable to make any changes to the billing details after an order has been placed. If you have received an order confirmation, then your order is processing and should ship to you very soon. Once dispatched, you will receive an auto e-mail containing tracking information for your reference. Please contact us 

Help my address is wrong? 

Double check your order confirmation email! We can change anything about an order BEFORE it ships. Just email us ASAP when you notice the address is wrong! We check emails before we process orders.

If you provided us with the wrong address and your package has already shipped, we unfortunately can't do anything to help in this situation. We are not responsible for what happens to orders that are shipped to the wrong address when the provided address is incorrect. If the order is returned to us (they often are!), we will promptly re-ship it to you when it gets back to our warehouse so keep an eye on that tracking information!
If your order has not yet shipped, then we should be able to update your address, so long as the delivery country/location remains the same. We cannot change the delivery country/location.

Please contact us urgently by emailing info@blybare.com with your order number and new address to change your delivery address.

If the order has shipped:

Airmail

We cannot intercept airmail packages. If the package is undelivered, it will eventually be returned to us. Please note this is likely to take some time (maybe several weeks). We will shit it back at the address you have indicated, but do note that you will incur shipping fees. So do make certain of your address. 

 Courier

Depending on the status of the delivery and the courier, we may be able to update the address. We cannot change the delivery country/location. Please contact us urgently by emailing info@blybare.com. Do note once the item is sent out again after we receive it, you will bear the shipping fees.  So again do make sure you have the correct address indicated. 

Can I add an item to my order?

We are unable to change orders once they have been processed through our system. Regrettably this means we are unable to add an item to your order. If you wish to purchase an additional item, please place a new order.

Can I remove an item from my order?

Our system processes orders immediately, which means we’re unable to change orders. Regrettably, this means we are unable to remove an item from your order. As everything we do is made so order, so pleasure review your order before placing it. 

How long will it take to get my package?

Shipping speeds calculated at check out refer only to expected transit time once your package has been dropped off with the post office and do not reflect the time it takes to prep the package on our end.

We do not guarantee shipping times. We try to ship out express packages as quickly as possible but please understand that we are not Amazon and it can still take us a few days to get your order together! We're doing our best!

My order arrived but it is incorrect/missing items?

Sorry about that! Sometimes orders are mis-packed-- if you see that you order is incorrect please send us an email at info@blybare.com explaining what happened and we'll get you helped ASAP! Also sent an photo of the missing item.

Given the current rise in mail fraud, if you are reporting missing items in your package we need to be contacted by the purchaser and communicating with the email address that the order was placed under.

My order failed to deliver?

If the carrier isn’t able to deliver the items because of the wrong address, or if the package was unclaimed by your customer, it’ll be returned to the default return address. Please confirm the address or provide us with another address, a shipping cost will apply.

I have not yet received tracking information?

You should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info once your order has shipped! Please wait 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update! :) Shipment notification emails are sent automatically once your order has shipped but sometimes they mysteriously do not! If it's been 5+ business days since your order was placed and you have NOT received a shipment notification, please email us at infor@blybare.com so we can get you your tracking info!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping. However, please note that shipping times may vary depending on the destination country.

How do I use your GiftCard?

Gifts cards purchased online  are redeemable online. If you're having any issues with your coupon code (digital or physical) please send us an email so we can help you out with it ASAP!

All gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or store credit.
Purchases made with a gift card are subject to all of our posted policies.
